Endocrinologist 's  Response
Hello,
Good day. It is unclear if the discharge is from vagina or from back passage.
Obelit ( orlistat) is an anti obesity drug which acts by preventing fat absorption from gut. Since it prevent fat absorption from gut, there will be excess fat in stool. So there can be oily stools and yellowish stools. In your daughter's cae, it is the most likely cause. You may take her to the doctor who can examne her and identify the problem.
