What Causes Occasional Spotting Over The Last 10 Months?
I am 53 my periods stopped for a full year after being very erratic for about 5 years. I have,3 fibroids about the size of golf balls 2,interuterine one on outside I have now started to have occasional spotting over the last 10 months should I be concerned.

An ultrasound scan is required to rule out fibroid or endometrial thickening. A Pap smear is also be done.
