What Causes Numerous Black Scab Like Dots On Body?
Ok I have a very fine black dots on my body with are black scab on the dot but it don t have plenty probably around 9 -10 and together with that they came with some moles on my neck on one side.when I try to dig the dots they leave are wound what is this?

Many reasons for that most common are pityriasis or molluscum or chicken pox...to differentiate we have to look for other symptom s also.
