What Causes Numbness, Pain And Tingling Sensation In The Hands?

Hello im a 26 year old female, Ive been suffering with numbness, pain and tingling. Started in my hand/fingers, not it goes from my left cheek down my shoulder blade into my whole are. I also have similar issues with my legs. It s been getting progressively worse along with dizziness/feeling light headed.

You seem to be having a problem with nerves it could be due to multiple reasons. First and foremost please get a vitamin B12 levels and meanwhile start taking tab methylcobalamine.
