What Causes Numbness On Feet Along With Blurred Vision?

The left side of my face is numb and tickle all the way down to my feet. Plus the right side of my vision is blurred. The blurred right side comes first, then after it goes away the numbness appears. I am only 35 years old. The symptoms comes and go every month

it can be diabetes with peripheral neuritis.and having diabetic retinopathy.ophthalmologist should check and rule out retinopathy. glycolated hemoglobin should be done with this age you might have juvenile diabetes.
