General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

The numbness is ascending & increasing. That indicates it to be nerve damage not local nerve endings but to a former site.

The site of damage needs to be confirmed by expert examination & imaging investigation. Followed by specific treatment to remove the cause.

It's good to have an appointment with an orthopedic/neurophysician.It would help you.

Hope I have answered your queries. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
