General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Numbness in hands or feet is usually due to developing peripheral neuropathy. If you are a diabetic you should keep your sugar under control. DM triggers peripheral neuropathy.

Visit a Neurologist, get physically examined, get Blood tests, Imaging & Nerve Conduction tests done. Get evaluated & get treated at the earliest.

Stay away from addictions if any, do regular exercises & eat home made food. Take vitamin B6, B12 along with folic acid & minerals.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Nupur K, General & Family Physician
