What Causes Numbness In The Legs?

I woke up this morning and it felt like my legs were asleep, I kept walking and it got better and then went away. This evening I was riding my bike and yesterday I had adjusted my bike seat a bit higher and my legs again feel like they are going to fall asleep.

Hi
Stress from an uncomfortable riding position can give a similar feeling the next day if you ride for long.Your symptom could also be caused by a metabolic or a neurologic problem to be investigated.Blood tests like serum electrolytes and fasting plasma glucose will help.An idea of your blood pressure too will be good.I will advice you get to a Doctor for investigation since the symptom is like recurrent.
Best regards
