Hello!

Welcome and thank you for asking on HCM!

Her symptoms could be related to different possible causes like thyroid hormone imbalance, electrolyte imbalance, blood pressure fluctuations.

Did you measure her blood pressure? What about her heart rate?

I recommend consulting with her doctor for a careful physical exam and some tests:

- complete blood count for anemia
- thyroid hormone levels for thyroid dysfunction
- blood electrolytes for possible imbalance.

You should discuss with her doctor on the above issues.

In the meantime, it is necessary to closely monitor her blood pressure. If her blood pressure is too low, a cup of coffee and a lot of water would help.

Hope to have been helpful!

Wishing all the best,

Dr. Iliri
