What Causes Numbness In The Fingers?

MY FINGERS OF MY NON DOMINANT HAND JUST FEEL LIKE THEY ARE NOT AS NIMBLE..TYPING THIS OR PLAYING GUITAR OR PIANO. HARD TO DESCRIBE. I FEEL LIKE MY RAING FINGER WANTS TO CROSS OVER MY MIDDLE ONE. I HAVE NOTICED MORE NUMBNESS AND SENSITIVITY WHILE COLD BUT NOT NOW..IT IS WARM TODAY. I TOOK OFF ALL RINGS THINKING PERHAPS THE ENGAGEMENT DIAMOND WAS SOMEHOW CONTRIBUTING
