What Causes Numbness In Right Hand, Nausea And Dizziness?

Hi, I have been having some numbness in my right hand, followed by nausia and dizziness. Also have had some squigly lines in my eyes kind of like a tunnel vision. I have not really been worried about the eye squigles because I ve heard they are symptems of a migraine headache, although I usually don t end up with one. Should I be concerned with the numbness and dizziness?

Hi
Welcome to healhcaremagic
After going through your query I concluded that you having migraine headache. You have mentioned many symptoms. These all can be associated with migraine except numbness. For numbness you need some investigation such as cervical spine x ray. You have not mentioned your age to predict the cause. Mecobalamine will be useful in relieving the numbness. You can take analgesic such as ibuprofen for pain relief. You can discuss with your doctor about it. Hope your query get answered. If you have any clarification then please don't hesitate to write to us. I will be happy to help me.
Wishing you a good health.
Take care.
