For numbness below knee and swelling in ankles you can take some pain killer like biozobid-plus or osteonac-th only when the pain is worse enough to get disturb your daily work. Take some calcium supplements like shalcal or toscal-gem once daily along with some multivitamins. Do regular physiotherapy exercises as per the expert advice of the physiotherapist.
