What Causes Numbness And Tingling Sensation In The Left Side Of The Body?
Hi my mother is experiencing some kind of numb and like some pricking in the whole left side of her body and sometimes her hips and legs are in pain . There are other times that her left hand is getting thinner but within a few hours it would be back to normal again my mom tried to check to some doctors but doesnt know can you please help

Her symptoms could be cause by a neurologic problem or a metabolic problem.Blood tests like fasting blood sugar, serum electolytes can orientate.Have her blood pressure checked too.If she is over weight, let her also do a lipid profile test.A trip to the doctor again will be good.In the mean time, let her take enough water.A stroidal anti-inflammatory like Prednisolone for a few days can also relief her.
