What Causes Numbness And Tingling Pain In The Toes?
Hello, Your all symptoms are due to vitamin B 12 deficiency. In pernicious anaemia, there is a defect in the absorption of vitamin B 12. So patient needs to take vitamin B 12 injections. I think you should increase the frequency of vitamin B 12 injection to twice weekly. Along with this injection, also take pregabalin or gabapentin for tingling and numbness. Don t worry, you will be alright with all these. Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further. Take care Regards, Dr Kaushal Bhavsar, Pulmonologist
