What Causes Numbness And Tingling Feeling In Foot While Diagnosed With Foot Fracture?

Ten days ago I had an accident and got diagnosed with closed fracture of multiple phalanges of toe of right foot. I have been keeping it up as much as possible and followed the doctors instructions as much as possible. I have started to notice a decrease in pain but now a cold, numb almost tingly feeling of my foot. Thank you Erin

You have not mentioned that you are treated with POP cast for fractures or not. There may be chance of compression neuropathy in case of fractures which leads to burning pain with tingling. It may be due to compression of nerves by the fractured bones. It may also be due to improper POP cast. My advice for you is to go for proper checkup by your doctor immediatly, to avoid future complications.
