What Causes Nosebleeds Along With Dryness In Mouth And Throat During Pregnancy?

I have low platelet, 55 to be precise that was after I got the platelet infusion, I get nose bleeds atimes but im worried about the way my mouth and throat gets dried nd almost sticking together in the middle of the night everyday. I drink 1litre of water everynight while sleeping when the throat feels very dry and stuck together. What could be the cause? I am 26weeks pregnant and anaemic too. Thanks.

I really appreciate your concern, such symptoms could be due to hyperacidity and this can be treated with "Tab Omeprazole 40 mg" once in day at evening time, and this is noting to worry, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
