General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello Dear
I evaluated your query in depth .
@ Nose bleeds in a child due to vivid reasons - trauma - acute respiratory
infections - sinusitis - foreign bodies - nasal steroids - intranasal tumors
- cocaine insufflations - septum deformity - oxygen cannula irritation
@ Now to think that in childhood you had nasal fracture , rather than I
suggest to get an x-ray done to confirm, even old united fractures are
also depicted on the x-ray .
Hope this will help you definitely to some extent .
Feel free to ask any further question in future anytime .
Thanks for using Health care magic .
Regards .
I find this answer helpful
