What Causes Nose Bleeds, Headache And Tinnitus?
I have been having headaches. They re the worst at night when I lay down. And really bad in the mornings when I wake up. I m having blood when I blow my nose. All these symptoms have been for about 2 to 3 weeks. As of yesterday I have a whoosing/ocean sound in my left ear. Is it maybe just an ear infection I need to have looked at?

Hi,
It seems you have a nasal infection. Starting in the nose causing sinusitis to cause a headache & nasal bleed on blowing & spread to ear causing the sounds.
You should consult ENT surgeon for specific treatment with a suitable antibiotic, decongestants.
