What Causes Nose Bleeding After Treatment Of Malaria And UTI?

This is Good morning in East Africa, please Doctor my Daughter of 4 years age was taken Malaria doses plus UTI dose. But finished that doses since Money, but yesterday morning she suffered noise bleeding, and now I noticed that during night? please can I have your help please

You didn't mention the names of medications .However all the antibiotics are usually cleared from body in 24-72 hours. There are some antibiotics which cause bleeding diatheses including some antimalarials. So by now their traces will not be present too.
What I am worried about is -has the fever come down completely. Because malaria itself if non treated or ill treated can be a cause of bleeding tendency. Just make sure about this and all is well.
