What Causes Nocturnal Emmision?
Hello. Sir I am married and 25 years old. Sometimes my sperm will discharge automatically during sleep. Second during sex with my partner my sperm discharges within 2 - 3 minutes. I don't drink or smoke. However, this is effecting my married life. Please let me know what can be done.

nocturnal emission is normal phenomena for come out semen
semen production occurs in our scrotum and it has limited capacity
if u haven't done masturbation or sex regularly than it wont be able to come out from our scrotum
so when scrotum is fully loaded with semen and in our sleep we have some erection in early morning at that time it comes out
but no need to worry
it is 100% normal and safe
it doesn't effect on ur married life
after marriage and regular sex it automatically stop
