What Causes No Periods, Bleeding Or Spotting With Cramping, Nausea, Back Pain?

Hi, I was on implanon for 2 years but little did I know it was inserted incorrectly and had formed in with my tissue so deep you could no longer feel it. I had my implanon removed August 22 and started my period immediately after removal that night, my period lasted 4 days. It is now September 29th and I have still had no bleeding or spotting or anything I keep feeling like I m gonna start like I can actually feel the flow and then when I check it s just a watery discharge like I m wetting myself, I have been having a lot of cramping like my period is going to start but then it doesn t start. I am incredibly nauseis to where it s hard to get out of bed in the morning, my back hurts and I have to pee like every 15 minutes but I took a pregnacy test at home today and it came up negative.whats going on ?

Hi,

Consult a gynecologist and check whether the implant is misplaced or not.

You can take analgesics like Mefenamic Acid for pain relief.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
