What Causes Nipples Discoloration In The Breasts?
I m 51years old,menopause from 45years old.Recently l noticed that my nipples and circle around them became way lighter in colour.This never happened to me before.I feel very tense for the past couple of months,so maybe that causes the change in colour.What should l do?

Do not worry , lighter color may be due to decreased HB% or vitamin deficiency ,if there is no size changes or lumps in the breast present do not worry , but as you are 45 yrs it is better to do a mammogram and clinical examination is necessary to rule other causes
