hi,
I take 1 tablet of Amaryl M2 in the morning and then have my breakfast ,then take Diavit and then exercise for 40 minutes. however, a couple of hours after breakfast, I start feeling nervous or dizzy if I don't eat anything (though I am really not hungry). what do I do?

Hello,
The way you feel dizzy few hours after taking your anti diabetic drug and the way you feel better after eating something suggests that your symptoms are due to hypoglycemia and hence I suggest that you must get your blood sugar tested at the time of feeling dizzy and if hypoglycemia is present, then you must reduce the quantity of oral antidiabetic drug ( AMARYL ) being taken by you.Consult your doctor for that.
Thanks
