What Causes Neck Stiffness, Sore Throat, Headache And Ear Pain?
Symptoms started with Stiff neck, sore throat, headache and ear ache. Went to doctor twice. Two rounds of antibiotics. Sore throats resolved, ear ache not as sever, but still aches at times. My neck primarily on right side is stiff. Headache is concentrated on right side of head.

It may be due to constitutional symptoms associated with a sore throat.
Consult a general practitioner and start on antibiotics. As of now, drink plenty of water and you can try analgesics like Acetaminophen (Paracetamol) for symptomatic relief.
Do warm saline gargles also.
