Hi welcome to HCM.... If you are suffering from viral infection like condition than reactive lymph node enlargement can be there ... So your diagnosis : reactive lymph node enlargement..... Here if your lymph node not resolved with time than FNAC can be done from it to rule out nature of it .... According to which treatment given..... Salt water gargles done ... If congestive symptoms more than decongestent can be continued ... Your examination also should be done , If inflammation more than short term steroid might needed ....(you have already used steroid ) Advise : consult physician for examination and discuss all this ... Take care .... If it is only viral pharyngitis or URTI than within few days you will recover .Don t worry.... But If your examination suspicious than further investigation might done like FNAC, chest x ray, CBC , CRP etc...
