General & Family Physician 's  Response
These might be the symptoms of radiculopathy, i.e. due to nerve irritation. Most probably at the spinal level as you are complaining of neck pain.
Cervical spondylosis can compress a nerve that leaves spinal cord at the level of the lesion. This compression can result in many symptoms in the distribution of affected nerve like
-Pain
-Numbness
-Twitching
-Tingling
An X ray or MRI scan can diagnose the condition.
Hope this helps, Thank you.
