What Causes Nausea,stomach Pain And Chest Pain?
I m worried that there is something wrong with my stomach. My symptoms include slight diarea, discomfort, pain, frequent chest pain, and nausea ( usually occurring after I eat, for the past week). If you have any idea what this may be please let me know. ( I also have a slightly sour throat).

I see such patients presenting with similar kind of complaints in my clinic.
Following possibilities could be there in your case
1) First,It would be a case of Acid Peptic disease where more acid is produced in stomach due to habit of eating spicy foods,smoking,chewing tobacco.It presents with burning pain in centre of chest and regurgitation of food after eating.Please do not take rest or adopt supine position as soon as you had meal to prevent acid reflux. I would recommend Tablet Rabeprazole 20mg Twice a day on empty stomach for 15 days.
2) Second possibility would be a cardiac pain if it is constricting type,centre of chest,radiating to left hand,arm and back and associating with sweating.If chest pain continues then I would recommend you to get ECG done.
I would suggest you to get ECG and Ultrasonography of abdomen done and consult family physician.
