What Causes Nausea With Dizziness, Weakness And Headaches?

Since last week I ve been experiencing nauseousness starting in the morning and it would last all day as well as dizziness, weakness and headaches that would last for hours and no medicine would take it away. Today I felt more of these symptoms then usual. By this time of night (11pm) it goes away but after I ate a late snack (an hour ago) I felt as if I was going to be sick immediately and now im feeling very nauseous directly under my belly button with pains as well. I do not have a temperature so im not sure whats going on. I might be 3 weeks pregnant (will know for sure next week) but I don t think these symptoms match up besides the nausea and it wouldn t start this early.

Hello,

As per your history, it may be due to hypoglycemia or hypotension.

For that kindly check fasting and postprandial sugar levels. Do regular blood pressure monitoring.

Treatment mainly depends upon the underlying condition. Continue balanced diet and keep your self hydrated.

For headache you can take tablet acetaminophen.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
