What Causes Nausea On Having Intercourse During Postpartum?

I recently had a baby 4 weeks ago & me and my boyfriend decided to have sex today because I believed myself I was healed . We did and there was no pain or complications. We used a condom , but now tonight I m feeling real nauseous what could be wrong ?

Hello and welcome.

This has found to be normal and common in many women. Whether recently pregnant or not. The penetration causes repeated force from the penis on the walls of the cervix, which triggers a reflex resulting in the nausea. Just rest for a while and you should be fine.
