11 months ago I ate a sandwhich with meat and cheese on it that had been left out all day (I was super busy and didn t realize how long it had been out). I developed nausea and malaise and would vomit when my stomach was empty. This went on for about 10 days. Ever since then I have struggled on and off with a vague feeling of malaise and itchiness around the anus which would wake me up at night. I am a 29 year old male, 160 lbs, 5 10 . I am not currently on any medications and would describe myself as very health conscious with normal cholesterol and blood glucose levels at my physical less than a year ago. What is your assessment of this situation? thanks
