General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

The assembly of symptoms with loss of appetite, nausea, headache and body pain with fever accompanying chills indicates underlying intestine infection through some sort of bacteria most likely.

My guidelines at present:
- Consume more liquids in sessions to maintain hydration and avoid low blood pressure
- Anti-nausea medication as domperidone or ondancetron to be taken with sips of water on empty stomach
- Tablet paracetamol or acetaminophen for ache relief

Consult your doc for basic lab tests of complete hemogram and prescription of any specific antibiotics if needed.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
