Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I occasionally, perhaps twice a day, experience mild nausea followed by light-headedness or dizziness that only lasts for several seconds, sometimes accompanied by my eyes not focusing even though they both are clear independently. It only lasts a short while but has been reoccurring for several weeks now. YYYY@YYYY might it be?
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
This could be due to a number of causes. Dizziness and vertigo are often confused. Both have very contrasting lines of work up. You need to consult an ENT specialist to determine if it's a local or central cause leading to vertigo.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
