General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The symptoms can be related to a pregnancy. Of course you can get pregnant with a menstrual cycle of 25 days. I suggest to do a urine pregnancy test or a blood beta HCG test for further evaluation.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
