What Causes Nausea, Dizziness And Breathlessness While Suffering From Mitral Valve Prolapse?

i have mitral valve prolapse. i take medication, but recently i ve been feeling a lot of nausea, dizziness, out-of-breath and just general unwell . The medication keeps my pulse low (60 s) so it s hard for me to climb stairs, etc, without that feeling anyway, but in the past few days the nausea, dizziness, etc has become worse and a trip to Lowes when i thought I would faint just walking with my husband casually, I decided to check my vitals when we returned home. My BP was 101/82 and my pulse was 131. So I laid down immediately to slow my heart rate. After apx 30 minutes, my pulse slowed to 100 and stayed there. The past few days my BP has resumed back to normal (95/67-in that category) and my heart rate in the 60 s. However, I m still feeling the nausea, out-of-breath, tired feeling that something s not right and I could just pass out any moment. Any idea what could be going on? Thank you
