What Causes Nausea, Diarrhea And Vomiting Post Medical Termination Of Pregnancy?
I had a medical abortion when I was 9 weeks pregnant. I had bleeding for almost 8-10 days with proper flow and clotting. Now its been 3 weeks since I had abortion, but now suddenly once again Im feeling the symptoms like nausea, vomiting, diarrhea. So I took a HCG pregnancy test, it came positive with a very faint second line. Now I want to know its just the remaining tissues inside or Im still pregnant?

With medical termination of pregnancy and bleeding, you cannot be still pregnant. Also the fact that bleeding has stopped and that you had no bleeding for the last 1 week atleast is suggestive that the abortion is complete and there is no retained products of conception. So there is nothing to worry as the HCG levels take some time to come down in your body. Till then your pregnancy test might show a weak positive and you may also have mild symptoms of morning sickness.
