What Causes Nausea At Night, Stomach, Throat And Chest Pain?

I feel nauseous at night when I wake up I sleep during the day because I work during the night ... I wake up feeling like vomiting and with a discomforting pain in my stomach and ?throat/chest? But I dont end up vomiting, the worst that happens is I go #2... On the toilet of course . But I d like to know what this means it s recent but it s been about 2 weeks now off and on

Look at your description it seems that you might be having Acid peptic disease like gastritis or peptic ulcer
It's very common with all those who works in night shift
Another possibility is liver and Gall bladder disease like hepatitis or gall stone

Since it has been since 2 weeks so I would advise you to consult your doctor or gastroenterologist for examination and a battery of tests like blood for Hemoglobin, CBC and liver function test and an ultrasound or an endoscopy if need be.

Meanwhile please follow these guidelines
Avoid fatty fried and spicy food or carbonated drinks
Have fruits and vegetables in dinner
Avoid smoking and alcohol
You should take.lots of fluids including fruits juices and water.
Avoid stress and anxiety , just relax and enjoy your life

If it doesn't improve you should change your job
