What Causes Nausea And Vomiting Along With Abdominal Pain?
Hello, my name is Marja I’m 37 years old and I when to the ER Saturday night for lower back pain, I have kidney stones before so I recognize the symptoms, they did a ultrasound and a CT scan to check my gallbladder kidneys and appendix and they think it was a kidney stone but today I continue having nausea and vomiting also I have a lot of pain on my stomach specially on the right side. I’m also contipaded and I lost my appetite, could it be appendicitis?
Welcome to Healthcare Magic. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
There is a possibility of appendicitis. Do you have fever, or elevated count with guarding rigidity, which are signs of appendicitis. But rather than that I think you are having renal stone, which passes to ureter and stuck in this part of the ureter, which causing pain (colicky pain).
I hope I have answered your query. Let me know if you have any further questions.
Take care.
