Hello dear,
Your complains of dizziness with visual blurring and loss of consciouness are compatible with diagnosis of syncopal attacks. Syncope may be due to various causes like cardiac, hypotension, vasovagal or drug related. In your case Postural syncope due to prolonged standing is the cause. This occurs in cases with autonomic dysfunction secondary to diabetes or other diseases.
you need to be evaluated properly. You may consult a neurologist.
As per treatment you can take increased water and salt intake. Posture therapy is also helpful with frequent moving of legs, crossing the legs.
You can also wear compression stockings to increase your venous return and thus reducing syncopal attacks.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
