hi mam,i’m really impressed with your detailed way of presenting the symptoms.thanks a lot.dont call your self a hypochondriac.it is quite natural to have many speculations when some uncommon thing occurs all of a sudden.just check the following factors:
1)obesity,
diabetes mellitus
2)
hypercholesterolemia,family history of cardiovascular diseases
3)sedentary life style,stress
4)any chronic diseases like
rheumatoid arthritis.
5)alcohol,smoking
if no above factors are present, you need not worry.as you mentioned, family history of
heart disease,it can be considered as a risk factor.but except nausea, you hadn’t experienced any other symptoms of MI(
myocardial infarction),you need not worry now.if another episode occurs or if any of the symptoms like breathlessness,
chest pain,left
arm pain, severe sweating occur, then you need to have an ECG done for evaluation of heart status.hope my answer relieves your anxiety.any further health issues, kindly let me know.to serve you is my pleasure.wish you and your family a very happy, healthy and prosperous new year 2018.thank you.take care.bye.
