What Causes Nausea And Pelvic Cramps While On Birth Control Pills?

Hi, i used to take birth control pill for 3 years until i got pregnant a yr ago, i had my child 9 months ago. Started the same birth control pills over April 1st. April 10th I noticed I m getting nausea through out the day and discomfort pelvic cramps as if I m getting my period everyday all day up until now (Also last period was march 16th) I also suffer from hemroids periodically and recently they were external. They are no longer external but I been experiencing blood in toilet when i pass stool. Im passing stool multiple times a day. I don t know if all of this is connected or if I m experiencong this because my body is taking a while to adjust to the birth control again. please help!
