What Causes Nausea And Pain In The Neck?

In the last two weeks I ve had what feel like puffs of air in the back of my head. They are not painful, it just felt like a puff of air being blown in the inside of the back of my head. Today I walked into a gas station, I started to feel a little nacious (SP) and the middle of my brain began pounding. I have also had some neck pain in the last couple of weeks. Not sure what it is.

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Possibility of aneurysm of brain or conduction deadness or occipital neuralgia or subarachnoid bleed, etc. Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. You need to be examined for cervical or ear causes for abnormal blowing sensation. Need MRI brain, X-ray paranasal sinuses and get treated accordingly. Please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly. Take care.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Penchila Prasad Kandikattu
