What Causes Nausea And Pain Between The Shoulders?

I have had problems for three years. I was diagnosed and treated for h.pylori had multiple endoscopies which show chronic gastritis. I have constant reflux pain in between my shoulder blades and feel nauseated at times and other times anxious. Recently GI found no pylori but my symptoms continue. What should I have next? MRCP?

Also take paracetamol tablet twice daily and domperidone tablet before food twice daily.
