What Causes Nausea And Headache?
I feel generally unwell. I constantly feel like I have a stomach bug as I feel nausea and everything I eat seems to go through me quite quickly. I have a headache nearly all the time. I am having very regular hot flushes to the point where its getting me down and beginning to feel emotional about it all. I m not sleeping yet feel tired and ache. In the past month I have had Laryngitis and the flu an inflamed bulging disc Helicobacter. I have also been to Bali.

As per your history, it may be due to chronic gastritis.
For that you can take tab. pantoprazole, tab. domperidone, tab. tylenol and syp. mucaine gel.
Avoid hot and spicy diet. take small meals.
In case of getting relief, you may require upper GI endoscopy after consultation.
