Hi,
In the current scenario, you should get an estimation of the serum beta-hCG titres to confirm/exclude pregnancy. You had intercourse during the fertile period, if you have regular 28-30 day cycles. Your symptoms do suggest very early pregnancy, yet, need evidence. A trans-vaginal sonogram should be done to clarify the situation. The presence or absence of a gestation sac and viability are noted thus. If pregnancy can be excluded, hormone imbalance may be suspected and managed through proper hormone supplements. Please see a specialist for further help. Wish you good health.
