What Causes Nausea And Fatigue While Suffering From Rheumatoid Arthritis?

I have rheumatoid arthritis. About one year ago I became nauseated, suffered extreme fatigue, became very bloated but could barely eat anything (no appetite and no room for much food) my lips became extremely dry and I had much nausea but no vomiting. I have seen 4 Gastro specialists but no one found anything

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

It is due to dyspeptic symptoms associated with your rheumatoid drugs.

As of now, avoid hot and spicy foods and try antacids like Omeprazole or Pantoprazole for symptomatic relief.

If symptoms persist better to consult a gastroenterologist and get an endoscopy done.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain,
