What Causes Nausea And Fatigue After Working Out?
While doing a light workout I had to stop as a got extremely nauseous, lost all energy, and began sweating profusely. Others at gym put a wet towel on my head and neck as they said I turned greenish and were getting ready then call 911. Some got me some power aide and within seconds I began to feel better. Any idea what happened?

I think it is a hypoglycaemia episode.
Taking count that it got better after feeding this shows that you had a hypoglycaemia episode.
The blood sugar dropped and this us made worse by physical activity.
You may need to check your glucose levels fasting and postprandial.
