What Causes Nausea And Diarrhea After A Laparoscopy?

Just had a laparoscopy done 7 days ago all of a sudden today everything I eat within minutes of eating I get a gurgling and nauseous feeling in my stomach taking a few more bites then I all of a sudden have the uncontrollable need to poop and it s all diarrhea can I answer your health question? Since you recently had laparoscopy surgery, we should definitely rule out electrolyte imbalance as a cause for this sudden symptoms. So better to get done serum sodium and potassium levels. If they are low, then you will need supplements. Sometimes, infection can also cause similar symptoms. So get done ultrasound abdomen and stool microscopic examination.
