What Causes Nausea After Falling On Back?
Last night I tripped and fell backwards. I thought I only landed on my bottom but may have hit anywhere. I became instantly nauseous after the fall. When I woke this morning an uncomfortable feeling has developed in The area around my spleen, I ve been sleeping most the day and my period abruptly stopped. Is there cause for concern? Should I seek medical attention? Is it urgent to? Should I go to the ER now or Urgent Care in the morning?

You need not worry if 24 hours have passed by. Head injury is less likely. As far as internal organs are concerned like spleen. If your BP is above 90 by 60 mm hg and pulse less than 100, you are fine. Relax and get an USG done to remove doubt though.
