What Causes Nasal Sensitivity To A Particular Odor?

I have developed a sensitivity to one particular odor I created by mixing products to kill mold. the mold is gone but the smell from the chemicals remain. no one else seems to be bothered by this smell that is barely noticeable to them. I feel bad the next day after being around this odor for only minutes. any suggestions other than staying away from odor.

Hi,

There is nothing to worry about it, sometimes people get adopted towards some odour too easily to others. You will feel it some days and it will vane off with time from your sensitivity too.

In case you feel any sort of running nose or sneezing associated with it than you might be allergic to it and avoid it further. Otherwise, you don't need to bother.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
