What Causes Muscle Twitching In The Hand?
I have had twitching/shaking (minimal) in my left hand for 7-8 months. My arm also feels somewhat weak around my elbow and upper arm.grain It is not severe and I am not sure whether to talk to anyone about it. If I do extra work, it is alot worse. IF I get nervous, it seems to be more visible.

don't take it lightly.. sometimes touching n pain in hand occur as ther may some nerve compression in spinal cord or their some inflammation.. it will become worse if u neglect it.. so go to doctor to rule out exactly underlying problem
